If you’re interested in becoming part of our community, please be aware:
- We are an informal membership group, using WhatsApp as our primary form of communication.
- Our members are practising artists. We have painters, illustrators, lino printers, photographers, a ceramicist, a sculptor, a textiles artist and collage artists in our midst, and welcome all kinds of creators. Some of our members are seasoned professionals, others are artists who are just starting out, and enjoy how our community gently encourages them to explore. We welcome any practising artist and are keen to create and inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
- We don’t charge membership fees, but moving forwards we will charge a fee to participate in exhibitions. We’ll keep costs as low as possible.
- New members who live in an OX20 postcode are welcome. We’re sorry we can’t open our doors to artists who live further afield, but our exhibition spaces are limited. There are lots of thriving art groups in other towns and villages (Charlbury Art Society, Kidlington Art group etc) so we hope you find a group as welcoming as ours if you’re not in OX20.
