To celebrate the link between creativity and wellbeing, we created a whole series of events, that encouraged participation amongst people who consider themselves creative and….everyone else! We believe that everyone has creativity in them, it simply needs to be stimulated. Countless studies prove that practising a bit of creativity can have a positive effect on your overall wellbeing.

MEMORY EXCHANGE
"The Memory Exchange," was an invitation to join artist Hannah Cushion and exchange an object inspired memory to create a collective story of everyday objects. And an invitation to become a collector of stories, exchanging your memory for another.
